How to schedule a visit...
Step 1: Look at the schedule below and find a class time you would like to join.
Step 2: Reserve your spot in-studio or zoom.
Step 3: Pay instructor either in person (cash/ Venmo) or find more info on the instructor page.
Step 4: Join us in class or via zoom for your scheduled class visit!

Rise and Shine Yoga w/ Jodi

Basics Yoga w/ Stephanie
Time: 11am-12pm
Price: $7-$12 (with a need-based option of $5)
This class is suitable for students new to yoga, or students wanting to get back to the basics of the practice. Classes focus on the fundamentals including posture, alignment, movement and breath. A great way to get you feeling amazing!

Gentle Yoga w/ Taylor
Time: 5pm-6pm
Price: $5-$20 (Sliding Scale)
This is a slow class designed for those recovering from injury, older and/ or those that haven’t moved for awhile.
We emphasize mindful movement, alignment, static stretching, and deep breathing. Moving slowly, mindfully, and using props to achieve a safe and balanced practice.
Time: 5pm-6pm
Price: $5-$20 (Sliding Scale)
This is a slow class designed for those recovering from injury, older and/ or those that haven’t moved for awhile.
