Want to work on body awareness? Want to build strength? Want to bring an element of play into your life? Well then, you have found the perfect yoga practice! Aerial Yoga is a form of yoga that utilizes the Aerial Hammock as a prop. We are not Aerialists, we are simply Yoga Instructors that love props and playful movement. Our instructors will guide you through basic asanas, vinyasa style classes, safe inversions and help you build strength.

Aerial Yoga - All Levels Time: 6:30-7:30pm Price: $28/ class Take your yoga practice to new heights with an Aerial Yoga hammock to explore alignment, build strength and decompress the spine with a variety of inversion. We will explore the power of floating and inverted asanas combined with a focus on pranayama. This class is designed for all levels, beginners welcome. |

Aerial - Vinyasa Flow
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Price: $28/ class
Mindfully flow through class while you primarily focus on body awareness, building strength and stability. Connect with your breath and body while utilizing the hammock as a prop. You will be able to adjust the intensity of each pose and movement to suit your body's needs; it’s a great class for anyone wanting to work on strength and balance while connecting with the breath.

Aerial Yoga - Basics for Beginners Time: 6:30-7:30pm Price: $28/ class This class is designed for beginners in mind. Learn the basics of Aerial Yoga movement and flow all while exploring the power of floating and inverted asanas. You will decompress your spine, build strength and develop body awareness. We will combined mindfulness and pranayama to create a truly special yoga practice. End your practice in a floating savasana where you will find the most satisfying moment of meditation. |

Aerial Dance Time: 6:30-7:30pm Price: Sliding Scale $18-$28 In aerial yoga dance we will explore mindful movement as we find length in our muscles, build strength, and endurance. We will link the breath with movement and flow to the beat of the music. This class is all about connecting to the body and moving in a way that feels good to you.
